This spread wasn't very difficult to do. For half of the photos, Lupe took them of her classes, and I took photos of some extracurricular activities and one class. Since Lupe was the junior out of the two of us, she knew many of the people in the photos, and I grabbed any people that she didn't know of. The designs of these photos was similar for each of them, so it wasn't hard to complete it on time.

This spread was somewhat difficult to do because the initial assignment given to me and Autumn wasn't even correct, one of the boys written for us to find didn't even attend the school, and we had to rush to find someone else to cover. The story ended up turning out well, but it wasn't without lots of hard work trying to find these people. Autumn worked on the alt cov, and her amazing design skills really shone through to highlight the spread when people flip through the book.

I really enjoyed doing this spread because of the amount of people involved in the game as a whole. It was very easy to find people to interview for Brain Game, and the amount of information was bountiful. Also, our photographers were able to capture some special moments in classrooms participating, and it was awesome to be able to exemplify their work.

This was interesting to collect information for because everyone has a different approach to the AP program and we had to collect opinions from people with generally diverse opinions, which isn't easy to find. After we eventually got all the interviews and photos (barely), we were able to put this amazing spread together with an informative infographic people liked.

The hockey spread was cool to work on with Autumn because of the group of people that I got to meet. I didn't really have any experience with any hockey players, but I ended up learning personally about the team, and it was a lot of fun. Once I got all the interviews after struggling to find subjects, we actually turned out a pretty amazing, informative story. The photos ended up great after some edits, and the spread's design really turned out very well.
